Work With Me

Your nutrition needs are personal, and the support you need will depend on where you are in your health journey.

Whether you're navigating cancer treatment, rebuilding your health afterwards, or looking for personalised clinical nutrition support, there are different ways we can work together.

Choose the pathway that best reflects the support you're looking for.

Cancer Nutrition & Survivorship Support

Looking for ongoing, personalised support?

Cancer is the primary clinical focus of my practice.

I work with a limited number of private clients who are looking for comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle support during cancer treatment, recovery and survivorship.

Rather than receiving a single meal plan or set of recommendations, we'll work together over time so that your nutrition plan can evolve alongside your treatment, symptoms, pathology, recovery and changing health priorities.

Depending on where you are in your cancer journey, we may work on:

  • meeting your energy and protein needs

  • maintaining or rebuilding muscle and strength

  • managing treatment-related nutrition concerns

  • weight and body composition

  • metabolic and cardiovascular health

  • bone health

  • menopause and endocrine therapy

  • gut health

  • pathology and nutritional deficiencies

  • supplement safety

  • sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits for long-term health

What ongoing support includes

My programs are designed to provide more than a series of individual appointments.

Depending on the program that's most appropriate for you, support may include regular one-to-one consultations, personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, pathology review/s, supplement assessment, collaboration with your medical team where appropriate, and access to me between appointments for questions and support.

Most people benefit from 3–6 months of support, depending on where they are in treatment and what they would like to achieve.

Is this right for you?

This approach may be a good fit if you:

  • want personalised support rather than a generic cancer diet

  • would like help understanding what nutrition recommendations are relevant to you

  • want support that can adapt as your health and treatment changes

  • are willing to make practical nutrition and lifestyle changes

  • value an evidence-informed approach that works alongside your medical care

  • want ongoing guidance and accountability rather than a one-off meal plan.

It won't be the right fit if you're looking for a miracle cure, an extreme or highly restrictive diet or a quick meal plan without ongoing support.

Apply to work with me

Because I work with a limited number of private oncology clients at any one time, the first step is to complete a short application.

This helps me understand where you are in your cancer journey, what you're looking for support with and whether my approach is likely to be a good fit.

If it looks like I can help, I'll invite you to a complimentary 15-minute call so we can talk through your needs and the most appropriate level of support.

Programs start from $1,500. Payment plans are available.
