Personalised Support After Cancer Treatment
Thrive Beyond Cancer
Six months of personalised nutrition and survivorship support
Treatment may have finished, but that doesn't mean everything simply goes back to how it was before cancer.
Thrive Beyond Cancer is designed to help you understand what your body needs now, address the longer-term effects of treatment and create a practical plan for your health moving forward.
Explore what is included:
During cancer treatment, there is usually a clear plan.
Appointments are scheduled. Treatment is mapped out. Your healthcare team tells you what happens next.
Then active treatment finishes.
You may be incredibly relieved — but you may also be left with questions.
What should I be eating now?
Should I be trying to lose weight?
How do I rebuild my strength?
Do I need supplements?
What can I do to support my long-term health?
You may also be managing weight gain, fatigue, menopausal symptoms, digestive changes, brain fog/chemo brain, reduced muscle, changes in your blood results or concerns about bone and cardiovascular health.
Thrive Beyond Cancer provides structured support through this next stage.

The Thrive Beyond Cancer Approach.
Simplify
Cut through conflicting information about cancer diets, supplements and what you ‘should’ be doing.
Rebuild
Support muscle, strength, bone health and recovery following treatment.
Sustain
Develop habits that can continue long after our six months together.
More than a meal plan
Thrive Beyond Cancer isn't a prescriptive diet or short-term weight-loss program.
Over six months, we look at the broader picture of your health after cancer.
Understand
Use your health history, treatment history, symptoms and relevant pathology to identify areas that deserve attention.
Optimise
Address metabolic and cardiovascular health, body composition and other longer-term health priorities, where relevant.
Nourish
Build an evidence-informed way of eating that supports your nutritional needs and is realistic enough to maintain long term.
What We May Work On
Your plan is built around you
No two people's experience of cancer treatment, or life afterwards, is exactly the same.
Depending on your individual needs, our work together may include:
Nutrition after cancer
Creating a sustainable dietary pattern that supports your nutritional requirements and long-term health.
Weight & body composition
Addressing treatment-related weight changes while protecting muscle and nutritional status.
Metabolic & cardiovascular health
Considering blood glucose, lipids, blood pressure and other relevant cardiometabolic factors.
Protein, muscle & strength
Ensuring your nutrition supports muscle maintenance or rebuilding alongside appropriate physical activity.
Bone health
Supporting adequate protein, calcium, vitamin D and other relevant nutritional factors.
Menopause & endocrine therapy
Addressing nutritional and lifestyle considerations associated with treatment-induced menopause and longer-term endocrine therapies.
Gut health
Managing digestive changes with an individualised rather than unnecessarily restrictive approach.
Pathology
Reviewing relevant blood results to help identify nutritional and metabolic priorities.
Supplements
Reviewing what you're currently taking and recommending targeted supplementation only where clinically appropriate.
Lifestyle
Considering movement, resistance training, sleep, alcohol and other modifiable factors relevant to long-term health.
Why Six Months?
Because sustainable change takes time
Cancer survivorship isn't a four-week challenge.
Your priorities may change as you recover from treatment, become more active, rebuild strength, address weight or metabolic health and learn what works for you.
Six months gives us time to:
establish your starting point
prioritise what matters most
make changes gradually
review your progress
respond to new pathology or medical information
troubleshoot what's not working
refine your plan
build confidence
move towards maintaining your progress independently
The goal isn't for you to need ongoing nutrition appointments forever.
It's for you to leave the program understanding what supports your health and feeling confident about continuing it.
